At TAAL, we are committed to making high-quality biblical language education affordable and accessible to Bible translators/advisors, students and teachers around the world. We recognize that many faithful Christians—particularly those in the Global South, including Asia, Africa, Latin America, and other regions—face significant financial barriers to accessing excellent biblical language education. We want to bridge that gap, equipping as many students as possible with the best methods available for learning and teaching the biblical languages.

Standard Tuition

The standard cost for a 4 ECTS course is €265. This tuition helps cover administrative costs and enables us to sustain and expand our programs.

Our Commitment to Accessibility

We offer both full and partial scholarships to students who need financial assistance. Our goal is not simply to fill our courses, but to ensure that financial constraints never prevent a dedicated student from learning Greek or Hebrew.

To make this possible, we operate on a model of mutual support. When you pay full tuition, you're not only investing in your own education—you're also making it possible for us to welcome students who cannot afford to pay. In this way, every paying student becomes a partner in our mission, helping to open doors for brothers and sisters around the world.

How You Can Help

If you are able to pay the full course fee, please do. Your tuition enables us to accept more students who lack financial resources.

If you are able to pay a portion of the tuition, that still helps us significantly in balancing our courses and extending scholarships.

If you are not able to pay, please reach out to us at info@taalacademy.org to request a scholarship. We will work with you to find a solution.

We believe that the gift of learning the Scriptures in their original languages should be available to all who are called to it. Thank you for partnering with us in this mission.

A single (online) course costs €265.
Hebrew/Greek LIGHT courses cost €600 for a full year. It is possible to pay this in 10 installments of €60.  
The full certificate program costs €4000. Payment plans available upon request. 

Depending on the way you pay, there can be an additional charge of about 4-5%.
Please follow the amounts indicated on the payment page and the email confirming your registration for the course and/or approval of scholarship.

A part scholarship covers 50% of the cost. A full scholarship covers 92% of the cost, leaving only the registration fee.
For Greek/Hebrew 1 and 2 there are scholarships of 100% available upon request. 

For in-person courses there is limited availability for accommodation, which includes feeding. If you wish to make use of this, please indicate so in your registration process. Cost of board and lodging is €175 per week (if paid by bank transfer in Euros). Please label the transfer as "dormitory".

If it is at all possible, please pay by bank transfer in Euros. Please add your name (or the person for whom you are paying) in the description, so that we can connect the payment to the correct student file.
