TAAL is part of Tyndale Theological Seminary in the Netherlands.
It focuses specifically on the Biblical languages
and other courses supporting the study of the Bible.
We use the direct inductive contextual method of teaching Greek and Hebrew, because active learning helps us remember language better, as well as training our intuitive sense for the grammar.
Find out more about our teaching approach.
Our goal is to support Christians in their Biblical understanding, equip those involved in Bible translation
and empower those teaching Biblical languages.
Anyone with simply an academic interest is also welcome.
TAAL stands for Tyndale Academy of Ancient Languages,
as well as being the Dutch word for 'language'.
